The last few weeks have been a blur to me and Christmas is right around the corner. I apologize for my lack of computer time, but the time has been spent on more immediate needs.
My mother has not been doing well and I have been staying with her much of the time. I will get back to blogging when time allows, but I wanted to wish every one of you a blessed Christmas.
Enjoy your families and please remember the reason for the season.
Merry Christmas to you! I'm very sorry to hear that your Mother isn't doing very well. Will keep you and yours in my thoughts and prayers.
ReplyDeleteThanks for leaving a comment at my blog.

ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas! I'm sorry about your mom.....mine's not doing well either. It's a hard time of life. We're getting older so our parent's (in my case just my mother now) are getting older and having more problems. I hope your day is merry and bright!

Hello...thanks for stopping by my blog..we are now offically out of the ice and into Tennessee!! I hope to never have to go to Illinois in the winter again..what a mess that was. We should be home tomorrow sometime...hopefully..Thanks for coming by..Sandy
ReplyDeleteThanks for the visit. Hope your Mom is feeling better. I pray for her and all the other parents who are having health problems....and for all the children who are care givers. It is so hard....if you live close it's the constant help and if you live far away it's the constant worry whether they are OK.
ReplyDeleteYes, we had pretty nasty weather. There was so much drifting snow that we had a 2 foot blanket of snow that hung down over the roof. Looked real pretty. We were going to have grands come over and shovel off the roof. Then Sat. the rain started, the temp got up to 50 and the wind blew. The snow melted, the unraked leaves are exposed and branches fell. There is flooding all over the state(not near us). Tonight the temp is going down and in the last hour the ground is white again!!!!!!!
But then we don't have earthquakes. Ha! No perfect place.
I read somewhere else about your mom's upcoming possible surgery - I trust things will turn out well!
ReplyDeleteI hope you had a Merry Christmas and I want too wish you a Happy New Year! Bunches of hugs...
